At The Arc LAOC, we encourage individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to express themselves through our Creative Arts Program. The need for sel-expression is universal. Regardless of scale, medium, or audience, everybody needs an outlet. Our staff fosters an artistic environment with constructive and creative means for participants wishing to create their masterpieces.
