The Department on Disability invites you to a public hearing to provide feedback on emergency evacuation planning for people with disabilities in Greater Los Angeles.

Parking
You must request parking prior to the event. Space is limited and based on a “first come, first serve” model.
If you have not done so already, please email dod.contact@lacity.org no later than June 5th, 2025 and provide your name and that you would like to request parking for the Commission on Disability Hearing.

Parking will be at City Hall East Parking Garage located at 201 N. Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (Between Temple Ave. & 1st St.)
The Hearing will be held in the City Controller Conference Room in Room 351, Los Angeles, City Hall East, 200 N. Spring Street Los Angeles, California 90012.
Allow approximately 20 minutes to park, pass through security and reach the 3rd floor of the City Hall East building.
Parking
The City Hall East parking garage is located at 201 N. Los Angeles St, LA 90012 on the west side of Los Angeles Street between Temple & 1st Street across the street from Parker Center.
The parking garage will be on your right-hand side, just past the mid-block traffic light (and across from Parker Center), as you travel south on Los Angeles Street from Temple Street. Turn RIGHT into the driveway.
The attendant will have a day pass for you and direct you where to park. Tell the attendant you are there for the Commission on Disability Public Hearing and provide your name.
Parking space is limited and can fill up based on other City Hall needs. If the City Hall parking fills up you may need to seek alternate parking on streets or paid lots.
